The warranty on the awning is 4 years (conditional*) and 5 years on the fabric (conditional*). *Conditional - The awning must be installed by a professional installer. Awning is installed with a pitch to allow rain run off (minimum 14°) . The awning is used under the manufacturer's recommendation. Awning is rated to up to 35km winds/hr and light rain. The awning must be retracted under heavy weather conditions otherwise damage to the awning and fabric could occur, voiding the warranty. Please contact us for more information.

Retractable awnings should be retracted if high winds or storms are anticipated and under no circumstances should water be allowed to pool on the awning. Provided the awning is installed with a minimum 14 degree angle, your awning will shed water. The fabric has a UV Teflon coating which repels water and dirt. Folding arm awnings are designed to be used as a sun shelter in calm conditions and light rain. The Cocoon can take some wind however when the wind picks up the fabric will act like a sail and can damage arms and how the awing is fixed to your premises. So it's important retract the awning. You can pay for the awning via bank direct debit or credit card. After the payment we discuss and organise preferred delivery method (pickup or dispatch via freight). The awning will then be either dispatched from the warehouse to your specified address or otherwise pickup from the warehouse can be arranged at a specified time.
