Cocoon full cassette awnings are covered by a 4 year part replacement warranty. Warranty covers all parts of the awning and warranty is Australia wide. Warranty covers parts but does not include installation costs.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from but not limited to any of the following:

• Wear and tear associated with normal use
• Any modification, abuse or accident
• Removal or any manufacture Label(s) or Sticker(s)
• Any improper operation including any use not in accordance to manufacturer manual
• Connection to any improper voltage supply
• Awning failure / damage due to improper installation
• Awning left open in inclement weather conditions of heavy rain and/or high winds
• Any other cause which does not relate to a product defect in material or workmanship

• The item will not be dispatched until payment is received and cleared.
• Buyer is responsible for any delivery charges stated in the listing.
• Buyer is responsible for providing the correct address (No PO BOX).
• Buyer needs to provide a contact number prior to order being dispatched.
• Delivery is conducted during normal business hours Monday to Friday.
• The awning will be delivered by a single courier driver therefore due to OH&S regulations someone will need to be home to sign for and assist the driver. Two people will be required for awnings up to 4m long, three people for longer awnings.
• If nobody is home during business hours we suggest organising delivery to a neighbours or work place address.
• Courier can deliver to units and apartments but they will not assist taking the item up stairs and may help taking the item to your garage pending difficulty.

 

Nova Awnings will accept a return up to 30 days after the buyer receives it. The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs.

You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. If you don't follow our item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a full refund. This includes the original packaging must be in good condition with all labels and box contents still attached.

Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business if the goods purchased are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match the seller's description.
